Debate: Girls Are More Intelligent Than Boys (5 Winning Points)

Are you supporting the motion that says girls are more intelligent than boys, then here are winning debate points you can take in, to help you challenge your opponent.

However, before I start, I would like you to know that both the girls and the boys are intelligent, everyone is intelligent in his or her own way, and those that study hard tend to build their IQ very well.

Most cases why it seems like a girl child has more brains than the boy child may be due to study facts, where the girl is more focused on studies, while the boy is busy playing football with friends because boys have more play time and play activities more than girls.

But everyone is built with the same brain, it’s left for those who activated their brain or did more study to help themselves, tend to perform well in schools and graduate with excellent results.

Debate on Girls Are More Intelligent Than Boys 

1. Higher Academic Achievements

According to reports, girls are more intelligent than boys due to so many academic achievements over the years. As it’s seen that girls achieve more, girls also tend to get better grades in schools than boys.

Let’s assume an institution has over 50 students in a class, and among those students are 25 girls and 25 boys, then after each section of academics, in their results or their academic performance, there are always higher girls scoring well or being at top 10 best students than boys, so this proves girls to be more intelligent than boys.

2. Good Listening and Communication Skills

Naturally I have personally observed this in my years of teaching as a teacher, there are more excellent girls that can freely express themselves and talk to me and also lay complaints more than the boys.

Girls take time to listen and take in things more than boys who are always fast to take action to show their power, however, when they grow, the reserve becomes the case because men listen more while women tend to take action quickly.

3. Good Organization Skills

Girls have higher intelligence which makes them have good and excellent organization skills more than boys, and this has helped many also in future.

A girl child can take proper care of the house, and her siblings, and also cook meals for the family perfectly, but it’s more difficult for a boy child to do all those things at once, which proves that girls have higher intelligence than boys.

You can hardly see a boy child learning to cook at a young age and doing perfectly in cooking, but you can easily see a young girl cooking for the entire family, doing the dash work well, and other domestic activities, to prove her high brain adaptability as well.

4. Owning to Responsibility and Diligence 

A girl at a tender age can own certain duties at home as her responsibilities, knowing those things even without much special teachings. She can watch the mum do it and perfect it the next time, but hardly you can see such in boys, because they prefer running out to play with friends and return home to eat.

The high intelligence rate of girls makes them take up so many responsibilities and deliver them with high diligence, and this alone makes girls to be better than boys.

5. High Adaptability 

There is more or higher adaptability ratio in girls than boys because of their good intelligence rate. A girl child can easily adapt to a new environment, make new friends and it won’t affect her studies and will also keep her performance high.

However, a boy child takes longer to get used to a new environment, and in most cases affects his grade performance in schools, which makes girls more intelligent than boys.

Conclusion 

All the above points are general facts from studies, but still don’t define that a boy can’t be intelligent, but just saying there are higher brilliant girls than boys because boys have many things they focus on, like plans while girls go to school to perfect themselves for future and home.

However, every child that studies well stands to do well, which I will advise all parents to ensure their children be it a boy or girl, always studies as it will help boost their brain function and keep them doing well in schools.
